Odds are published
Every box shows its complete contents and the exact odds of each item before you buy. Nothing hidden, no unlisted items, no odds that change after you pay.
Every box has guaranteed value
Each box contains either an authenticated designer item or Coveted credit worth at least the box price. The spin decides which item you get, never whether you get one.
How the draw works
Your result is drawn on our servers from the published odds at the moment you open the box. The animation you watch is a replay of a result that was already decided; nothing in your browser can change it, and neither can we once it is drawn.
Authentication
Every physical item is authenticated by our team before it ships. If an item we shipped is ever found to be inauthentic, we will refund the full listed value.
