What Coveted is
Coveted sells sealed mystery boxes. Every box contains one real, authenticated designer item or a Coveted credit worth at least the price you paid for the box. You always receive something of value; no box is ever empty.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase from Coveted. By purchasing you confirm that opening mystery boxes is lawful where you live. We may decline or refund orders from regions we cannot serve.
How boxes work
Each box lists its full contents and the odds of receiving each item before you buy. The item you receive is selected by our servers using the published odds at the moment you open the box. Results are final once revealed.
Shipping and returns
Physical items ship free, fully insured, with tracking. Every bag is authenticated by our team before it leaves our facility. Instead of shipping, you may trade any revealed item back for the full listed value in Coveted credit, usable toward future boxes. Because every reveal carries guaranteed value and trade-back is always available, revealed boxes are not refundable.
Credits
Coveted credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and can only be used to open boxes on this site.
Fair use
We may suspend accounts that abuse promotions, use automation, or attempt to manipulate outcomes. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
