What Coveted is
Coveted sells sealed mystery boxes. Every box contains one real, authenticated designer piece. Which piece you receive is decided by the odds table published on that box’s page before you buy, and its listed value may be higher or lower than the price you paid. No box is ever empty.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase from Coveted. By purchasing you confirm that opening mystery boxes is lawful where you live. We may decline or refund orders from regions we cannot serve.
How boxes work
Each box lists its full contents and the odds of receiving each item before you buy. The item you receive is selected by our servers using the published odds at the moment you open the box. Results are final once revealed.
Shipping and returns
Every revealed piece ships to you free, fully insured and tracked, and is authenticated by our team before it leaves our facility. Shipping is the only way a reveal is fulfilled: we do not buy pieces back and do not convert them to credit. Once a box has been opened its outcome is final and the box is not refundable.
Credits
Coveted credit comes from deposits and from gifts. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and can only be used to open boxes on this site. Revealed pieces are never converted into credit.
Fair use
We may suspend accounts that abuse promotions, use automation, or attempt to manipulate outcomes. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
